Walking distance to shops, eating, drinks, and historic areas. Easy walking to UTA trax and bus stop. Conveniently located to Utah's nicest shopping center. Easy interstate access which is perfect for visitors of the Sundance Film Festival or any of Utah's famous ski resorts.
NO SMOKING. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE and FINE will be issued. Small dogs welcome for an additional fee, please inquire.

Summary: We stayed here while attending a tournament at the convention center. This house was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location with quiet neighbors. The beds were comfy. Having a dedicated parking spot behind the house was great and not hard to find. I wish this home was available when we return in July!
